This is a planning tool only. It does not reserve space, lock a menu, or create an obligation for you or for The Brandon Inn. Items, availability, and prices can change without notice. Tax is shown at 10%. Gratuity and any service charge are not included. Only an official estimate that you accept is binding.

Venue rates follow the start date and time of day above. For food, check “All guests” on a line to copy the guest count onto that item only.

Venue (per room)

The ground floor has three event rooms: the Ballroom, the Dining Room, and the Garden Room. They can be used on their own or combined. As a starting point we plan one room for up to 75 guests, at least two rooms above 75 guests, and the whole floor (three rooms) above 120 guests. You can change the room count. We will confirm what actually fits.

Self-catering (only if you bring your own food or caterer)

When The Brandon Inn caters, linens, china, flatware, glassware, dishwashing, setup, breakdown, and cleanup are included in the food price, and tables and chairs are included for groups under about 40. Leave this section at zero if we are catering. For larger catered events, ask us about our wedding and reception bundles.

If you bring your own food or hire an outside caterer, the venue rental is for the room only and the items below are billed separately. Kitchen access is for warming and staging only, not full prep. Outside alcohol is not allowed under our license.
